By accessing our website, requesting services, or purchasing LeadLoop services, you agree to these Terms.

LeadLoop is a product of KLASIQA LIMITED (15183611).

1. About LeadLoop
LeadLoop provides services including (but not limited to):

website design/build
lead generation systems
automation setup
CRM setup and optimisation
appointment booking systems
follow-up sequences (SMS/email/WhatsApp)
integrations with third-party tools

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract.

3. Quotes, Payments & Subscriptions
a) Quotes
All quotes provided are subject to change until accepted in writing.

b) Payment
Unless stated otherwise:

work begins only after payment (or agreed deposit) is received
late payments may pause delivery
c) Subscriptions
If your service includes a monthly subscription:

you are responsible for paying fees on time
access may be suspended for missed payments
you may cancel with the notice period stated in your agreement (or as stated on your invoice/checkout page)

4. Client Responsibilities
To deliver your project successfully, you agree to:

provide necessary content, access, and approvals promptly
respond to requests within a reasonable time
ensure any supplied content (logos, images, text) does not infringe rights
If delays are caused by missing information/approvals, timelines may be extended.

5. Third-Party Services
LeadLoop may rely on third-party platforms (e.g., hosting, CRM providers, SMS/email platforms).

You understand that:

third-party services have their own terms
outages, errors, or changes in third-party systems may affect performance
third-party fees (such as messaging costs) may apply separately

6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

LeadLoop retains rights to proprietary systems, templates, frameworks, and automation methods
once all fees are paid, you receive rights to use the deliverables provided for your business
You may not resell, redistribute, or copy LeadLoop materials for commercial resale without written permission.

7. Service Limitations
We do not guarantee:

specific revenue outcomes
a fixed number of leads
top Google rankings
specific conversion rates
Marketing and sales results depend on many factors outside our control (budget, offer, market conditions, competition, etc.).

8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (loss of profits, business interruption, etc.)
our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid to us for the service in the last 3 months (or the specific project fee, whichever is lower)
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury due to negligence.

9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend service if:

you breach these Terms
abusive, threatening, or unlawful behaviour occurs
payment is overdue beyond reasonable notice
You may terminate services according to the cancellation terms agreed in your invoice/proposal.

10. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
