The Challenge
Although East Harling Dental provided a strong range of treatments and flexible finance options, the website did not fully communicate this value in a structured, conversion-oriented way.
Service information lacked clear hierarchy, calls-to-action were not consistently prioritised, and treatment pathways were not organised around patient intent. This limited the site’s ability to guide visitors confidently toward booking.
Additionally, mobile performance and content architecture required refinement to better support local search visibility and improve enquiry flow.
