LeadLoop provides digital services including smart websites, lead capture systems, automation workflows, mobile CRM access, and related digital marketing support. All services are outlined in your proposal or onboarding document and are delivered according to agreed timelines.

We reserve the right to update or modify service features, tools, or pricing as required.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth delivery, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely content, branding materials, and access credentials where necessary.

• Respond to communication and approvals within a reasonable timeframe.

• Use the services in accordance with applicable UK laws and regulations.

Failure to provide required information may delay project timelines.

4. Payments

All pricing will be outlined in your proposal or invoice.

• Payments are due in advance unless otherwise agreed.

• Monthly or recurring services (e.g., hosting, automation access) will be billed on a rolling basis.

• Missed or late payments may result in suspension of services.

All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced or services have been activated.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed:

• You retain ownership of any content or branding you provide to us.

• We retain ownership of any proprietary tools, automation templates, or internal systems used to deliver your service.

• Final website designs and automation setups are licensed to you for your business use upon full payment.

Use of any LeadLoop-branded tools or systems outside your agreed project scope is not permitted.

6. Lead Data and Privacy

We take data protection seriously. Any lead data collected through your site or systems is owned by you. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR) regarding how you use that data.

LeadLoop may access your account for support purposes but will never share or use your client data for any purpose outside of service delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability

We make every effort to provide reliable, high-performing services. However, we are not liable for:

• Loss of income, data, or business due to website outages, automation errors, or third-party service issues

• Delays caused by third-party platforms (e.g., domain registrars, hosting providers, Google)

• Client misuse or changes made to the system after handover

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the service in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an agreement in writing with 14 days’ notice. If you terminate before the end of a paid period, no refund will be issued.

LeadLoop reserves the right to suspend or terminate service in cases of abuse, non-payment, or misuse of our tools and systems.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. You will be notified if significant changes occur. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
